Is it suitable for small batches?

Yes. The digital workflow removes plate making, which is the main cost and lead-time driver for short runs and frequent design changes.

Can it replace screen printing entirely?

It replaces selective steps where variable, short-run or multi-color work makes plate making uneconomical. High-volume single-color work may still suit screen printing.
